These replacement wheels fit my Samsonite carryon perfectly. They were not hard to install but it did take a little manipulation to the screw posts far enough into the suitcase bottom to screw the top on. They fully restored my suitcase to use. They appeared as advertised and look hardy. I reserve judgement as to how long they will last but it certainly saved me from buying a new suitcase. These were a tight squeeze to install although they worked great for my luggage. I haven't had the chance to use yet for a trip although the other wheels were bad and I wouldn't have been able to use my luggage without new wheels. Make sure you measure correctly and make sure they look very similar to the current ones you have to get the angle correct. Read more
The wheels are sturdy and have held up for 4 flights so far since I made the replacement. I had to buy slightly longer screws due to the model of suitcase I have but otherwise, the product is great. Read more
The website descriptions and dimensions are super helpful. Perfect fit!!! We had to use the original screws as the ones that came with the kit were too short. My luggage is very old (10+ yrs) and could be thicker than newer models. Read more
It would be helpful to know when you order you get a right and left for the same side. Now I still have a bad wheel on the opposite side I doubt I will order from this company again . Read more
Easy to install. I used the original mounting plates and screws from my suitcase as several mentioned the new mounting plates were thicker. It took me about an hour to change out all 4 wheels only because it’s a little awkward working inside at the base of the suitcase. Attached are photos of the old wheel and then replacements- like new! Read more
It’s advertised as universal but it’s really not. I try to replace the wheels on my luggage and the holes doesn’t line up with the wheels. I ended up not being able to replace the wheel and I now stuck with wheels that I can’t use. Read more
