I love this. Been using for many months. I’m on my third or fourth refill. Something to know one refill the floss broke, so then I had to throw out that refill. But overall love this. When I use this, the floss gets pulled out and loose, which means I have to open it and close it to get re-tightened, but that wastes the floss. I've figured out that if I hold the silver button while using it, it keeps the floss from sliding out, but for the price, I shouldn't have to do that. Read more

I like the design and I was super excited to have a product that I could refill with floss but the floss is more like thread and the retractable extensions that hold the thread isn’t very sturdy so when you go to floss the thread isn’t held very taught and it becomes even harder to floss because it has a hard time getting between the teeth. The thing doesn’t have great functional design, from its ability to floss to replacing the floss. It could not withstand the pressure needed to get in between teeth, couldn’t maintain tension when trying to floss in between back molars, and was difficult to maneuver in one’s mouth. Also, after less than 2 weeks’ worth of flossing, my floss snapped, and the thing became useless. Read more
