I’m always skeptical when ordering things based on description. New bed frame was delivered, the box was tattered and torn but frame inside not damaged. Put together very easily, All parts were labeled and included. Center crossbars fit snuggly, and required a little slap of the hand to snap them into place. Bed frame is very sturdy with closely spaced bars and supports my 280 pound body and a 14 inch queen size mattress. I definitely would recommend this bed frame. I haven’t had any problems in the last two weeks sleeping on it. Included in the box was a nice ratchet system, which made installing the screws, holding the frame together very easy. No more bed squeaks or wobbles. Easy to put together. Plenty of storage underneath (just realize that you will have a little bar to go over as opposed to having your totes slide easily across the floor... for me, it's a worthwhile compromise considering how well this is constructed.) Read more

Sturdy, nice and easy to assemble. The only tool needed was included. Not just a hex allen wrench, but a ratcheting allen wrench that can be used for other projects. I ordered two frames, my granddaughters love them. I recommend the frames and will order from this manufacturer again, if the occasion arises. Read more

I recently bought two of these king bed frames. They are very sturdy and reasonably easy to put together (helps a lot to have two people). HOWEVER one of the two king bed frames came with four metal slats (out of something like 32) that were an inch short - presumably belonging a queen bed frame but packed in mine by mistake. This turned out to be a HUGE problem because they are custom metal bed slats and not something we could replace or substitute. When we contacted Amazon for support, we were told the only option was to send us an entire new bedframe, which would have meant trying to disassemble, repack, and return the heavy metal frame we had just spent hours putting together. When I rejected that, they offered to send a new frame and let me keep the old one...but what would I do with 95% of a surplus metal king bedframe? I can't use it or donated it, and it would be a huge pain to try to disassemble and...what? Put in the trash? IN THE END, since we bought two frames, we stole two slats from the one that had all the right parts and snuck them into the other frame. Now we have two bed frames, each missing two slats (essentially one bed slat, since each supports only half the width) - and because there are many slats and they are very sturdy, we feel this is a satisfactory solution, but it was frustrating and far from ideal. Amazon refunded the price of one frame, and that was great customer service, but really I would have preferred two complete bedframes. Would have been five stars if it had come with the right parts or if they would have shipped replacement parts instead of an ENTIRE new bedframe to solve the problem. Read more
