This is my favorite phone holder that I’ve ever had for the car. The design is perfect and looks great on my Tacoma, the MagSafe magnet is super strong and my phone never falls off. It will hold any phone with MagSafe but also comes with a little metal ring you can put in your phone case if needed to that will also hold it really well. Great value and great product. I like this mount. It’s pretty solid and fits well on my 2019 Tacoma. Only gave 4 stars due to the mount is great the phone holder is lacking just a bit. Wireless charge capability would be great, phone holder grips on the back need to be made more durable as mine just recently broke, so now my mounts ball has the feet and clamping ring stuck to it because all 4 of the feet that go around the ball broke clean off at the holders back. Installation is simple. It’s just a stick on. They give you 2 spare foam stickers if you need to replace it. You get 3 alcohol swabs to clean the area and a cleaning cloth. I have an iPhone 16pro max, in the mount it sits about 2 inches below my view of the rear view mirror if it’s standing up. Turned sideways the phone only covers view of the hood. It’s well built and holds the phone great. My only worry is the stick on but so far zero issues. At first I had concern of it blocking my view while driving but honestly it’s not anymore than any other mount so nothing to be concerned of. I highly recommend this mount! Would buy again! Read more
Overall I liked this purchase, but I was so used to my old vent-style holder that I had a grand idea to swap phone cradles, and it worked! Pros: I do like that the base hooks over the edge of the dash section instead of being a surface mount. but because of that, there is a limitation that you can't put it on the corner (ie over the vent) as the dash piece is wider. I do like that the adhesive is already attached to the base, but that it also comes with extra pieces if you need to move it. It does come with a cleaning wipe to prep the surface (yes you have to clean your dirty dash before you mount this if you want it to stay!), but I had alcohol wipes to prep my dash. The cleaning cloth is a bonus, but not really useful in the grand scheme of the phone holder unless you have to clean the face of your phone a lot. Cons: I didn't care for the cradle as the release button is behind the phone. My old phone holder had the button on the side and is intuitive to where your thumb goes when you grab at your phone. The included cradle has a retractable platform that made no sense since it would extend to full length when in use and retract when not in use (ie when you are not in your car to care). Thankfully the ball join was compatible so I was able to use my side-release cradle with the dash mount. I put the other cradle in the photo on the old vent mount, but I don't actually use it. I have it in the center console as a back up in case the adhesive fails while I'm driving. If you are cool with their cradle its a five star product. I personally did not like it so 4 stars from me, but I am keeping it because of the compatibility with my other phone cradle. Read more
