the package was an empty box with nothing in it. I returned it as defective because there was no selection for missing product. We'll see if they send a replacement and I'll change my review if they do and not charge me again for it. the package was super light and I knew something was off. This is the second or third time I've received empty package boxes from Amazon. Updated Review. they immediately sent a replacement that got here in two days. The product was actually a better quality than I anticipated and for the life of me I can't see how this is less quality than the units 3x the price. If only the magnets in the base were stronger this would be a 5 star product. I watched tons of videos on these rolling knife sharpeners and based on what I saw, the manufacturer skimped on the magnets. I have to carefully position my knives (when attached to the base) because they wind up sliding during the sharpening process. The drum and the sharpening surfaces work great. It took me a little while to figure out how to use it because I was being lazy, but it’s very easy to use and perfect tool to have to sharpen your knives so create an good experience if you enjoy cooking. It works but if both wheels are tight, the fit is bad so it doesn't roll smooth. as a result i have to keep the wheels loose so it works but then it will tighten on its own and not roll freely. Not a thing you want when sharpening a knife. I would return it but that is more of a hassle than just using it. Read more
