DIMONCOAT Phone Stand for Desk, Angle Height Adjustable Phone Holder for Desk, Aluminum Alloy Universal iPhone Stand Holder, Retractable Cell Phone Stand for iPhone 16 15 Pro Max Plus-Dark Gray ================================================================================ Handy-Dandy Desktop Phone Stand/Holder I've had a chance to take a good look at several of these desk-top phone stands, and they all pretty much work the same. The only differences I see may be slight differences in the material they are made of, but they all serve the same purpose, and are just all-around handy. The ones I've seen come reasonably priced, which leaves you NO EXCUSE FOR not having one. When you open the box, there are three distinct pieces. It goes together easily enough. This one has a little bit thicker base (about 1/2" in thickness), which makes it weigh a little more. Maybe that makes it a little more stable than some others. This one claims to be compatible with a wide variety of phone models. I can't think of a phone that wouldn't fit. Also in the package you get a user manual, along with a business card with warranty information and a QR code you scan to be taken to a site that informs you about the warranty registration for this product. So overall, I think as far as this little gadget is concerned, all bases are covered. The one image I've included merely shows you what the assembled product looks like. I have really become incredibly fond of these handy-dandy desk-type phone holders. I wouldn't want to work in my office now without one — and don't even know how I ever got along without one. This is the perfect solution to stop you from hunching over your desk to use or watch content on your smartphone. Instead of bringing down your eye level to match your device, bring the device up to your eye level with this extendable desk stand. The stand when fully extended, is surprisingly tall. I didn't realize how much of a difference 15 inches made when on a desk but it's significant. The stand offers 2 adjustment options - 1 at the neck joint which goes up and down and another with the ball pivot joint which is more versatile but has a more limited angle movement. Surprisingly, there is no side to side rotation - I expected the neck joint to be able to rotate 360 but sadly, it's fixed in place. In terms of build quality, I'd say it's just okay. Everything is plastic except the shaft so the whole thing is pretty lightweight, which to me, gives it a slightly cheaper feel. It's still very stable due to the base being really large but I do think a little more weight to the base would've helped maintain it's stability when making angle adjustment as well as give it a more quality feel. The clamp style grip makes this universally compatible and works perfectly for iPhones as well as Android phones. I have a large phone with a case on and this grip has no problem holding it up steadily in place for hours. Lastly, the all black finish looks modern and blends in nicely in my workspace. I do wish there were an extra magsafe grip option included that we could switch out specifically for iPhone users...hopefully this'll be included in the next iteration of this stand. Read more

This phone stand has changed how I look at how I use my phone. I used to have smaller stands, where you look down and this allows you to keep your head straight and without strain. Plus, it raises even higher so you can use it as a selfie stick of sorts too. The base is perfectly balanced and I didn't realise how much I needed it until I had it. Well worth it. Read more

I really love this stand. It is sturdy and very stable--the weight of the phone is not going to pull it over. The strong, spring-loaded mount holds the phone securely. I don't know why the description lists all the different phone models that it is compatible with. The model of the phone really has little to do with whether your phone is compatible with the stand or not. The only thing you need to know is that if your phone is less than 3-3/4 inches, it'll fit. This stand will hold your phone for hands-free communication, or if you need something to hold your phone for a selfie or group shot. You just need a surface to set the stand on. It's inexpensive and it works very well. Read more

I got for filming product reviews as a Viner, as well as posting on social media. It's easy to put together, though you need some muscle to push it into the stand, and it doesn't click together or anything to let you know it's gone in as far as it can. It's also not completely stuck together after assembly, but I see that as a good thing because it takes up a good deal of space due to its size and shape, so it's good to be able to disassemble when not in use. I've been using this phone holder to take pictures and videos to do reviews, and it works solidly for that. It's no frills, cheap but solid metal. I agree with the other people on here that the instructions to put it together are actually... dare I say it??... helpful! I took a pic of the instructions that come on the stand-- I was about to peel it off, but then thought others might like to see what we're all talking about for "clear instructions." For basic pictures where you need to have your camera hands free but able to go up and down, this is solid. The phone goes into it's holder quite easily. There were even instructions for that, which confused me at first because it made me think that there was going to be some trick to it HAHAHA The ball in the back helps to rotate your phone. The stem moves up and down smoothly. It has a little resistance to it, but that is part of what keeps it in place. Read more
