Sturdy, easy to put together, worth the money! It cannot be adjusted as far as height, but it really is the perfect height. It is used for a laptop, not a phone. The design allows for air to easily flow through the bottom of the laptop which will keep the laptop from working harder resulting in having to purchase a new laptop eventually.
