I'd give it fifteen stars if I could. Scenario: fish filets. No need to grease pan or use foil. Those babies were golden brown and crispy, no sog whatsoever. They slid across the pan when I first put a spatula to one of them, because I thought I was going to need to scrape them off the pan. Nope. Cleanup is a breeze: wipe any oil off the pan and wash with dish soap. Bacon will take a couple of passes, but same result: a pristine pan. By the way, this is the perfect pan to cook bacon in, as the lip is high enough there won't be splashover. In fact, this is the most perfect baking pan I've ever used. Read more
I recently purchased the USA Pan Bakeware Half Sheet Pan, and I couldn't be happier with my baking results! This pan has truly exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, its warp-resistant design is a game-changer. I've used other baking pans in the past that would warp and twist under high heat, causing uneven baking and frustrating results. However, with the USA Pan Bakeware Half Sheet Pan, I never have to worry about that issue. It bakes evenly every time, producing beautifully browned and perfectly cooked goodies. The nonstick surface is another fantastic feature. I've baked everything from cookies and brownies to roasted vegetables, and nothing sticks to this pan. Cleanup is an absolute breeze, and I appreciate that I can spend more time enjoying my treats and less time scrubbing pans. The quality of this pan is evident from the moment you pick it up. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I have no doubt it will last for years to come. Plus, the size is perfect for a variety of baking projects, making it a versatile addition to my kitchen. I also appreciate that it's made in the USA, supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring high-quality standards. Read more
I have been using the old pans my wife and I got for our wedding and it was way past time for new pans. This brand was suggested to me and so I tried out this size for a good test run. Right out of the box, I was impressed by the material thickness and the quality of the manufacturing. The workmanship is beyond the majority of sheet pans I have seen in stores. The pan feels heavy and not like a tin can that is going to crush if you hold it too tightly. I had become accustomed to the high heat "pop" of my old sheets warping and twisting in the oven. The rolled hem at the top of the pan is smooth and has a nice finished feel to it. My old pans made me nervous to slide my fingers anywhere near them, but this pan has alleviated those fears! The pan seems to have great capacity and is easy to space out items on it. We made our favorite cookies on it for the first test, and they turned out the best we have had! The ridges seem to allow the heat to be better dispersed and give a more even cooking result. The price is a little higher than other pans you could get, and that made me pause a little; however, I am glad that didn't hold me back. I have really enjoyed having this pan and it was definitely worth the price. Read more
Great pan, like other pans from this company. I am writing specifically regarding fit in Aga Legacy 44 ovens. In my ovens, the pan did not initially fit. Some forums say it is anperfect fit. I have an aluminized steel Chinese made Nordic Ware pan that is a perfect fit. This one was very close, but it was binding up in the slots where the racks go. So I went into the shop, set it on the anvil, and whailed on it with a big deadblow hammer. That made it fit, bit quite snugly. Whailed on it some more. Still snug, but not too snug, not going to bind, and should serve us well for a long time. So this is going ti depend a bit on your specific oven and pan, but if you're able to do sme very basic metal work, then it should be a good pan. This is the dual fuel modern style discontinued range. In my mom's big cast iron Aga with old fashioned little ovens that stay on, it is not going to fit no matter what. You will need to go down a size for that. I know quarter sheets work well in it. Read more

This is a perfect pan. Why only 4-stars? Like most 4-star reviewers claim, mine came in a bag, no box. And so, some minor shipping damage. Ignore claims a layer of aluminum is not safe due to having residue of silicone. Wholly debunked myth. More even cooking than just stainless steel but won't warp like an aluminum pan. The fluted surface aids air circulation for better baking and adds strength. Great value. And clearly, made in USA. You can spend more but you can't get more. Read more
My goodness, I love USA Bakeware. I bought these after getting their bread pan. I can't believe I was using other baking sheets before... Non-stick, easy to clean, bakes food evenly...mine still warp at 425 - not consistently, but often enough for me to notice. I'm not sure why. I haven't had it negatively impact what I'm baking, and the other pans I had before these pretty much always bent in the oven. So I viewed it as a plus that it only happens every once in a while. Maybe it wouldn't happen if they were pre-heated in the oven? Regardless, I love them. Biggest thing I would say, is if you don't pre-heat them in the oven, know they take a while to heat up. I usually have to add more to my baking time because of this. Read more
