Wow! I would give this 10 ⭐️’s if I could. I baked bread for the first time in my new pan today. I read all the reviews, and took the chance and did not oil/grease the pan before I baked bread. I was so nervous that it was going to stick. Oh my gosh, the bread just slid right out of the pan and you couldn’t even tell I had used it. It was so clean, the nonstick was amazing! I love this pan so much and will be purchasing more from this company. As someone who bakes bread regularly I wish I’d found this years ago. The pan feels very well-made and solid. The 3 x 3 inch format allows the center to bake before the crust turns into a jaw breaker, and the slices are the right size to build the perfect slider. I used these for the first time today and was very impressed. Nice weight to the pan and made two lemon pound cake loaves and it baked up really well. Came cleanly out of the pan with no sticking and baked evenly! Definitely recommend these! Read more

Really glad I got this nicer one with the heat distributing lines in the sides. I've never used a loaf pan before, and I just followed some baking directions off AI, and it turned out really well. This was 20% medium rye, 80% bread flour (3 cups total). My second time ever trying to bake bread. This pan made it so much better. I'm going to be using this thing probably every week from now on. Nice and heavy solid piece of metal, you can tell it's quality. Very non-stick it just fell right out when I turned it upside down. Read more

Great quality! Heavy and solid, no warping. My only negative is that they don’t stack on top of each other well, to make a cover while cooking sourdough. The top one slides off and takes a lot of balancing because of the rounder edges… Read more

I just finished baking my first 1lb loaf with this pan. It is awesome. So clean after baking the loaf. It did not stick at all right out of the oven. Yes, that is how clean the pan is right after placing the loaf to cool. Read more
