I was so nervous that it was going to stick. Oh my gosh, the bread just slid right out of the pan and you couldn’t even tell I had used it. It was so clean, the nonstick was amazing! Really glad I got this nicer one with the heat distributing lines in the sides. I've never used a loaf pan before, and I just followed some baking directions off AI, and it turned out really well. This was 20% medium rye, 80% bread flour (3 cups total). My second time ever trying to bake bread. This pan made it so much better. I'm going to be using this thing probably every week from now on.
