I am giving this a four stars rating only because the description said "cigarette size" and in the pictures it does look like cigarette size but it is not. The lighter is slightly bigger than cigarette size, not by much but still bigger. It does the job nicely when lighting. I haven't experienced the battery life and the box did not have any information on the expected battery life...time will tell. So far I am happy with it. Update: Changed my rating to a 3 star rating.
