I’ve had this compress for 6 months now and I’m surprised how much I like it. It really helps with my MGD, and on the 50 degrees setting it really seems to make a difference. I tried a heated eye massager from Bob and Brad and didn’t like it at all. It was loud, uncomfortable and didn’t get hot enough. It’s true this one is flimsy and cheap, but that’s what’s nice about it. It’s simple. You plug it in, turn the heat up and relax. I play some meditation music on my phone while doing my dry eye sessions, et voila. Nothing you need to worry about getting stolen from your luggage. I’m sure if you spill water on it or something it’s done. But so far so good. Read more

This device did not work. The power button would turn on the light would come on, but shortly there after would turn off . The device, never heated up despite me trying, and after doing troubleshooting. I was offered an exchange but declined and got a refund. Read more

By "horizontal meditation" I do not mean sleep, I mean intentional relaxation or mindfulness practices that I sometimes do laying down. For example, shivasana after yoga or a yoga nidra session. Having warmth on my eyes really enhances it. I'm really thankful to have discovered this product. Read more

I use this a few times a week whenever my eyes get tired or I get a headache from starting at computer screen too long. It works really well relieving tension around my eyes. Plenty of heat from this...I typically use it on setting of 2 or 3. Read more
