I use screens pretty much alllllll day: when I wake up, the first thing I look at is my phone, and being disabled, mobility-challenged, and chronically ill, I spend a huge chunk of my time either on my phone or watching TV. My eyes feel tired and sore often. Very often. This heated mask is a real game changer. LIFE SAVER! I truly could not believe the difference twenty minutes with this magic mask would make. First, it is very silky, soft, and nicely padded; feels cozy on the eyes. The strap is elastic and adjustable, and it doesn’t dig in at all. The mask is well made, with even seams and no loose threads. There is a discreetly placed zipper at the top, for removing the electrical component in order to wash the cover. Next, the mask heats up in a flash, and it has three heating levels. Long press to turn it on at low (green), press once for medium (blue), and press again for high (red.) Long press to turn it off. It will automatically turn off after twenty minutes. Battery life is excellent; I charged it when I received it, and I’ve used it three or four times already and haven’t run the battery out yet. I can not recommend this enough! It has so many uses: dry eyes, soreness, eye strain, tension, treatment for styes, it’s even good for dark undereye circles. This review is being written after several days of use. Overall, the product is decent. It is easy to use, comfortable, and moderately effective. I have 2 issues with the product. 1. The product does not get as hot as advertised. They advertise 108°F–144°F, depending on the setting. At the HOTTEST setting the unit gets to 112°F. It should be noted that 120+°F is unsafe. 112°F would be just fine if not for #2. 2. The product does not sit all that snugly to your eyelids. This product functionally replaces a Bruder mask, which is convex so that it is in direct and full contact with both the upper and lower eyelids. This product is not convex - the band will make it tight enough to give you moderate contact, but nowhere near the level of contact of a Bruder mask. This means that the liner touches your eyelids, but the heating element is not tightly touching the liner. I can measure 112°F when I forcibly press the thermometer to the liner and ensure it touches the heating element. However, in actual use, the moderate contact of the heating element to the liner means that it is cooler than 112°F. Hopefully it reaches the 108°F needed to help loosen oil deposits. This is why I give the unit 4 stars. If it had been engineered better to be more convex it would work much better. Ideally, it would be nice if it could reach 119°F at max temp, but 112°F would be sufficient if it were more convex. Read more

I just got this and have only used it once. It fit really good on my face, and the highest temperature was not too hot. It was quite soothing on my face. I got it because I have really dry eyes and was recommended by my optometrist. It was easy to heat up, and I liked the auto turn off. I hope that after using it a while it makes a difference for my dry eyes! Read more

It does what it's supposed to do. Block all the light for me to take a nap easy when i was on the road trup with my family.
