Works well. Been using the on and off switches when I don't want to use any specific USB device which I don't want to remove from the port. This hub works as advertised, 7 ports can accommodate many devices. Easy to use, plug and play. The cable is rather short, but I think it's actually an advantage for most setups, including mine. I use it with the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, an external hard drive, a webcam, and sound over USB. All work fine except I ran into an odd problem with two Logitech wireless receivers; they misbehaved when plugged directly into the hub. Thanks to AI, I found that this is a common issue with some USB hubs due to signal interference. The solution is to plug those receivers via USB extension cables so they could be moved away from the hub. This is what I did, and the problem disappeared. Read more
My new computer had only a couple of USB ports. I use 4 external hard drives for different uses, so this hub was the perfect solution. Also, you can turn off the ones you don't need and can be identified easily for the light: on or off. Very useful. Read more
I use the 7 port, USB 3.0 splitters a lot as no computer comes with enough ports on them. I like them so much that when I buy one I end up buying two so have a spare on hand when the first one dies. They are durable (but they do eventually die in my experience) and are worth the money. I also like to be able to turn off any unused ports. Read more
