I really need to get my act together and organize all these cords now. I need to get shorter ones to help with the mess. This device is giving me the incentive to start charging everything in this one spot now since I have all of these extra ports. Funny how something so simple can be exciting. Plugged it into my MacBook , excited to use USB and it didn't work for me, the keyboard and mouse on the usb ports running kind of slow and delay. I like the small size, but the hub is not a good quality device. Read more

I’ve been using this hub for about a week, and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. The size is nice and compact, doesn’t take up much space on my laptop, and the number of ports is decent, so at first I thought it was pretty convenient.But once I actually started using it, a lot of issues came up. The USB 3.0 port isn’t nearly as fast as I expected，file transfers drop speed a lot, and copying large files is really slow. The three USB 2.0 ports also act up when I plug in multiple devices; sometimes they won’t even recognize properly, and my mouse will randomly disconnect, which is super annoying.It also heats up quickly. Just using it with an external hard drive makes it noticeably hot after a short while, which doesn’t feel very safe. On top of that, when I use it with my MacBook, I occasionally get a “device not supported” message. Re-plugging makes it work again, but having to deal with that over and over is frustrating.it “works,” but it’s not stable, and I wouldn’t trust it for long-term or heavy use. The price is okay, but the performance isn’t, so I wouldn’t buy it again. Read more

I got this to add a few more USB options beneath my desk. The problem is that my PC will sometimes not recognize the device, even when I did nothing to make a change. After a PC restart, there it is again until it's not. Kind of frustrating, but nothing has actually stopped working because of it. I might end up replacing it with a name brand device if it keeps it up. Read more
