Works Well, but Requires a USB Adapter Instead of a Wall Plug
I purchased this charger as a replacement for my lost Oral-B charger and it works as expected. It charges the toothbrush reliably and the build quality appears reasonable for the price. The design uses a USB connector instead of a direct wall plug, which means it requires a USB power adapter or powered port. In my case, I didn’t realize this difference before ordering, even though the product listing clearly shows and explains the USB connection. The charger functions properly, but needing an additional USB adapter makes it a little less convenient for travel compared with the original wall-plug style charger. Overall, this is a functional replacement option, especially if you prefer or already use USB-powered devices. However, if convenience and one-piece wall charging are priorities, a direct-plug version may be a better fit for your needs. I misplaced my original and very dated Oral-B Braun charger, so I was glad to find a replacement at an affordable price. My brush is Oral-B 1000, and the charger works well with this model.
