Really heavy duty. Used it for the first time and love it. Have enough space to cook different food at once. Only thing is that it came damaged on the side. No big deal but still would've wanted it to be in perfect condition. But I highly recommend it. Read more

This griddle made me wonder why I didn't buy one years ago. Some reviews have made a point of focusing on the weight of the griddle. Yes, it's heavy... but that's what makes it good in several ways. First of all, it heats very evenly - something anyone would want when using its entire surface to cook a volume of food. Secondly, being heavier than other griddles helps prevent warping and cracking. Additionally, the ceramic surface allows for cooking without slathering it with oils or other lubricants. Meats, fish, poultry and vegetables release completely using utensils designed for non-stick surfaces, and food tastes best when heavy coatings of cooking oil aren't required. If anyone has a grill with a surface large enough to accommodate this griddle, in my opinion, you will be very happy with purchasing this one. Read more
