This is a great device to have for someone who may be suffering from dementia or just wants all the details at a quick glance! When I first turned it on all of the settings were correct but I found it's very simple to program. I got one for my mother, who suffers from dementia, after a recommendation from a friend who works with geriatric patients. I would find my mom dressed and ready to go when we weren't going anywhere that day, or find her with a blank face asking me what day it was even though she has a large calendar placed on the wall where she goes to the kitchen each morning. In my mind this clock is a must have and I wish I had gotten it for her sooner. It even shows what the weather is like outside with sun or clouds and automatically dims at night. This was such a great buy, we have bought two more! Perfect for our grandmother to keep aware of time of day and the date. She loves it so much. Purchased this clock for my parent with failing memory. Clock face has multiple setting that are large and easy to see. If I need to see what time it is in the middle of the night, I don't have to put my glasses on, this is a bonus. Different colors and also has a variety of tones for the alarms. I haven't figured it out yet, but not sure why the alarm will turn off without being turned off. The clock has the days of the week which is a great feature for an older person that may be home all day long and lose track of the days. The setup was easy and quick. The only downfall is the clock runs FAST. We purchase two of these at the same time and they are both 4 minutes ahead. The clock functions as it should minus it running fast. We like the product and it works well for my senior parent. I would recommend, if it running fast doesn't bother you, maybe you'll be at the office a couple minutes early. :-) Read more

My mother really likes this product, in which we bought May 2022. But, unfortunately, the clock stopped working. Apparently, for NO known reason, the casing of the powercord that plugs into the outlet cracked, causing a prong to disengage and was stuck in the outlet. The plug is in an outlet that doesn't get disturbed. About a week ago, I messaged the sellers to find out how we can get a replacement cord, but unfortunately no response. Read more
