This works but the issue with these and other teeth whitening solutions is the peroxide. The inside of my mouth gets scratched easily and becomes sensitive, whether spicy food, sodium sulfate in toothpaste or hydrogen peroxide in this. The very first application was fine but the applications afterwards made my gums sensitive so I had to give it a few days break and was able to continue using with extended breaks. I wish I could show you how well these work but I have composite on my front teeth so it's hard to see. However, on all my other teeth, these have worked really well to make them whiter and brighter. Actually, I would compare them to the ones I buy from my dentist that are far more expensive. My teeth are a little sensitive to them so I use one every few days and the whitening just keeps continuing. Super easy to use. Take out one tray. Trays are pre-filled so just take off the cover, pop in the top one, then the bottom one and set a timer. Take 'em out then rinse all the gel off. I would totally get these again. Read more

Great disposable whitening "trays." They are a cross between a whitening tray for your teeth and whitening strips, once you put them in and use them. Use the package to know which one is for top teeth, as you'll use a tad more product and they will shape a bit differently. Our opinion is that these are actually the easist we've used by far. We did not have a gag reflex, our jaw didn't hurt, when you "suck in your teeth" they attach well. Use for seven days. We saw a small difference and we use complementary paste at the same time. The price, it's hard to beat. The only thing is we wish there was just a bit more of the gel to be sure it goes all the way up on our big teeth (we did not see lines of demarcation, but sometimes we'd have to wiggle them around to make sure the gel went everywhere we needed it). These fit great in your lunch bag, purse, etc. making it easy to take on the road if needed. We did put ours on in the house and drive our errands without taking more than a minute to open, apply, pull out, and toss. We would select these again and use monthly to keep our teeth brighter. Though I own several tooth whitening products like Crest, Rembrandt, and Venus strips and pens, this is my first time using a tray system. Normally, I use whiteners before I’m going out for a special event, and only once or twice vs a whole week. I liked how easy the trays were to use. Just unwrap and put over your teeth. I have bigger front teeth, so the top tray was a tiny bit short but nothing noticeable in the results. I didn’t notice any discomfort after wearing them, which was a plus, though they did produce more saliva than some others, which you might have to spit out during the half hour. After the first treatment, I saw absolutely no results, so I was a bit concerned they didn’t work. But after the second one, though it was hard to tell in my bathroom mirror, when I went outside and looked in my car mirror, I could definitely see an improvement. I like this system the best so far. I'm a smoker and an avid coffee drinker. This is my first time using trays for whitening. My first time using these it didn't go so well, but I think I may have put the trays in wrong, upper on the bottom and bottom on the top. Glad I tried it again because it all went so much better, so I'm thinking that's what I did. I did have to spit quite a bit while I was using it, so I just cleaned in the bathroom while I had it in my mouth. I can see a difference after just the first use. For a home whitening system, this is pretty effective. It's important to follow directions and go straight through the process for all 14 days with no breaks. The trays are soft plastic that conform to the teeth for some semblance of a custom fit. The peroxide formula did okay at brightening stains and bringing the overall whiteness of my teeth up maybe one level. Nothing dramatic but I felt it was noticeable.
