Reviewers of this jacket said that it ran small. Size small is listed as a 44 on Vances sizing chart. I have a dozen suits and sports coats that are size 40-41. I assumed for sure that the 44 would be plenty big enough for me, but it was tight. I have already processed a refund and re-purchased a medium. I gave this purchase only three stars for comfort only because it was too small. I will update in a new review if it fits better that the comfort is more than just three stars. When the jacket arrived I thought it looked great. The leather was nice and soft. The stitching all looked good and the zippers all worked fine with no catching. Several reviewers this jacket said that they thought it was not real leather. The description guarantees it is 100% real leather and there is also a tag inside the jacket that says it is 100% leather. I have no reason to believe that it is not. It feels looks and smells like real leather to me. I am curious why other buyers think it is fake. For those who are thinking about buying this jacket for motorcycle riding protection, this is probably not the right jacket for that. This is a fashion leather jacket. The leather is very soft and will shred in a second if you take a spill on your bike. If you were looking for riding protection, look elsewhere. I already own a couple of riding jackets that provide much better protection. Sure you can wear this while riding your motorcycle, but keep in mind it is a fashion jacket. I will update when the new jacket arrives. About a week later I have received a larger size, medium. First thing I noticed when putting it on, again, was the sleeves at the elbows and forearms is still a little tight with just a t-shirt. With a light sweater or sweatshirt it is tight but I can move my arms. A new problem that I didn’t have at all with the first, small size is the zipper. I saw other people/reviews mention this too so not just me. It’s been too cold here to wear outside but I have worn for 5-10 min in the house to see if I can live with this concerns. The zipper is breaking in at the bottom and in the middle when zipping up I have literally worn a spot where the zipper catches on the leather inside. So again breaking in. I really like the look and style. Leather is very nice feeling and price was fair for a motorcycle fashion jacket. I’ve looked around at the very few local stores that have leather jackets and haven’t seen anything I like so I am probably going to keep it and hopefully the sleeves and zipper continue to break in. this is supposedly "lambskin" but has a plasticy smell and feel to it. Touching this material does not resemble the feel of touching real leather, let alone lambskin. The jacket has a cheap zipper that does not close smooth. The lip where the zipper attaches to the leather had a sticky/gooey area on the inside.
