This is a great travel backpack for airplane under seat storage. It is roomy, and the front side zippered pocket is handy for quick access. The charger access has been a game changer for me. I use the side drink pouch to keep a 6 foot cord rolled up until needed. Then I just pull out the length needed. I can keep my phone in my pocket while walking around without a cord dragging down, and can also recline in my airplane seat with the backpack under the seat and watch a movie while charging. The side opening main compartment of the backpack has a large waterproof cover zippered compartment and the bottom has a belted luggage strap to keep packing cubes from shifting. Bought this for a weekend flight to Colorado and was very pleased with it. The shoe pocket was a great feature and there was still plenty of room inside for two changes of clothes (properly rolled) along with hygiene items. The two outer pockets were great for incidentals/snacks, books, and a notebook. The larger outer pocket was large enough to fit my 17-inch laptop. The two side pockets held water bottles securely. It also fits easily into overhead bins or under a seat. I've only used it once, so will not comment on durability, but it seems well made. It was bigger than I expected or maybe I’m just used to small backpacks. I needed a new one to take on planes and travel with. It unzips like a suitcase and allows you to strap in clothing or blankets to keep it from moving. The little charger inside is perfect size to be tucked in and out of the way. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t get bulky like my old bag did. I haven’t tested how durable it is but I will say that it didn’t have any issues carrying my stuff in the plane. Wanted to give this 5 stars but the battery charge station broke the first time I tried to use it so gave it 4. Other than that small hiccup this bag is amazing. Lots of room for clothes, a shoe compartment and a special Pocket that rests against back for passport/valuable for added safety. Empty it’s lightweight but even full it’s manageable. I just love this thing. Total game-changer. We were going overseas and wanted to just do carry on and personal item for a 10-day trip. It needed to comport with specific height/width/depth standards. This one did, and I ordered it and a competiting bag. I used this one and I am so glad I did. ~first off-it is a handsome bag. Lovely grey with faux brown leather. It looks great. ~It has a USB port. Put your battery on the inside and charge on the go. ~ it comes with three compression bags. ~ it has multiple compatments (be careful not to overstuff for width). ~it has straps that allow you to compress it further. ~it has straps for making it a backpack as well as a handle on top for carrying. This strap design is a game changer for me. I will never travel without it again. ~it is spacious. I imagine there is more I could say, but really-this sums it up. The only gripe I had-I wish it had a handle for carrying it on it's long, narrow side so I could lug it like a suitcase, but this is such a small grip with the handle on top. I saw another customer note that it ripped quickly. I can imagine this being possible as the material feels a little thin as compared to the competitor, but it held up phenomenally well and at the price point-chef's kiss. Totally worth the money. Exactly as advertised. Holds a lot. Fits in the airline 'box' for carry-on. Held all my clothes, laptop, toiletries and an extra pair of shoes for a week. Easy to pack...but if you pack like I do, it can get very heavy. Something to keep in mind if you are walking a lot. Read more
