Has great support and the gel insert can be heated and froze which is super nice. The heat and or cool lasts quite awhile, it's great quality.you can also remove a mini cushion if it's too much support for you. Read more

The Good: I like this decently well. I'm actually using this as I write the review. The back support portion is really nice. it sits right above my glutes, and helps fill the gap in the small of my back so I don't round over. I use this for hours of the day. I had a lot of hamstring tightness before this, and that is mostly gone now after having that support. The Not So Good: It comes with this elastic strap, and it doesn't really do well at holding the cushion in place. It is constantly sliding around, which gets pretty annoying after a day of using it. So, of course I ratchet the elastic strap down as hard as I can to try and have it hold its place on the chair somewhat. That however starts to degrade the stitching where the bands attaches to the cushion and quickly the material started to come undone. I gave each side a quick and strong stitch to reenforce it, but its only a matter of time before i have to do that again. So I really like the cushion and that would get 5 stars. The strapping mechanism could have been better designed, I would give that a 2 star. at the end of the day, it helped my back and posterior chain. So still worth buying. Just be prepared to ghetto rig it some way. Read more

Works for my chair at work. There are 2 problems with it. The strap buckles slide and won't stay tightened. So, I had to use binder clips to keep the buckle from sliding. Also, every time I get up and sit back down the cushion slides down and I have to pull it up. Other than those 2 issues it serves it's purpose. Read more

Love this for lumbar support! I sit a lot for work and my computer chair has zero lumbar support. This helps keep me sitting up straight and helps decrease my back pain. It was very easy to install on my chair. It seems to be very sturdy. I have yet to use the hot/cold feature but I am sure it is fantastic. Read more
