I recently bought some blackout curtains but light was seeping in from the sides. This velcro is simple to use and did the job; keeping the edges of the curtain in place with no light leaking through. I ended up needing to adjust the Velcro. Although the adhesive is strong, it can be removed to be andjusted and did not damage the paint. Some residue was leftover but nothing that was a bother.
