The bed is perfect! Easy heavy as heck to get up the steps, but so worth it. The velvet is so soft, the color is stunning, and the bed seems pretty sturdy. I’ve had it for about 2 weeks and still love it. My mattress is 10” and it fits perfectly. The foot board is just below it, with it sitting at 8” and it looks🤌 The directions are simple enough, but also vague. Make sure you attention to the pictures and the orientation of everything as you go. Overall, very very pleased. ESPECIALLY at the price. Bed is beautiful, it was simple to assemble by myself and is perfect for our guest room. The packaging is as really great, wood and foam protecting every corner and all the metal edges. Velvet is so soft and it looks much more expensive that the price I paid. Only thing I don’t like is the middle support legs are right on the edge, and I stub my toe every time I make the bed. The bed frame came in about 5 days.. Quality is justifiable for the price. Bed frame is nice and sturdy. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together by myself. Directions were very easy to read. I had a platform bed before and wanted something a bit more elevated. It is still a low bed but in my opinion a great height. Not too low or high.
