I measured my palm according to the instructions. I feel that the thumb hole size is more important for a better fit. I think a bigger brace would work better for my hand. I do like the brace. It is just what my thumb needs...to stabilize the one joint that is inflamed. I have used other thumb braces and they just don't work for me since they tend to keep my thumb in an awkward position. This one allows my thumb to be in a more natural position but stabilize the joint that hurts. I would have given 5 stars if the thumb hole is bigger. Read more
