Simple enough to remove the old fan and install this one. Noise is like a nice high flow fan, this one will do a better job. Much smoother than the old one. Not shipped with instructions. There is an excellent YouTube video from a guy that highlights things to keep in mind. You'll mainly need a quarter inch driver, and maybe a wrecking bar to break the flange free if your old fan is glued on like mine was. Build quality seems comparable to the old fan. Read more

Easy install. Fits right into the original hole and wired right up. Only wish there were actual instructions on how to install cover, thankfully someone else in the review section posted photos on how to install cover and it's very easy. I needed to replace a bathroom vent fan in my mobile home. First I ordered a less expensive one from another source which arrived bent and incomplete!! I did get my money back from them but in the meantime I ordered the fan from Amazon and it came within two days in perfect condition. Not too noisy and yet removes a good amount of steam from the bathrooms. I tried many different fans that didn't fit the current opening of my bathroom fans and then found these. They fit perfect and my installer said they were easy to install. I wish I had known they existed and specific for Manufactured homes before all the others and had to return. Exhaust fans just seem over priced for what you get, in my opinion but this works and I probably won't have to install another. Read more

Good product. Definitely works as desired. Slightly louder than desirable, however, I am not unhappy with that. Customer service from company was non existent. I contacted via chat and email for a replacement part (cover hanging spring), with the only response being the chat telling me the days of operation and the email address. No response to email or by phone or snail mail. First photo show the gap left when hanger not in place. Second photo is of another of the same item installed in second bathroom (you can see it sits flush). Read more
