It is vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly, making it a great fit for a variety of lifestyles. The taste is genuinely great in my opinion, especially considering the price. I’ve gone through nine boxes and am about to order my tenth. When you use a product like this daily—as I do for workouts and outdoor labor in the Texas heat—it really matters that it tastes good and doesn’t break the bank. This is a good product. I wish it had magnesium malate though. The taste isn't at bad as it could be, I've had some nasty electrolytes. They used natural flavors, which means the watermelon tastes a bit green, but still isn't a bad taste. Great price, means I can have 2 a day. Which seems to keep my muscle cramps/spasms in check.
