It is truly unflavored, so it’s easy to mix in my coffee (mind you, I use a frother to fully dissolve it), and it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some collagen products have. After a few weeks of consistent use, my skin feels more hydrated, and I’ve also noticed my nails feel stronger. I like that the formula includes vitamin C and other new ingredients I did not know about, so it is not just a simple collagen.
