Superb pirate starter set! The scarf is absolutely gorgeous and the red sash is much longer than I thought and feels soft. They’re both very silky. The black “leather” corset piece is very large. It closes in the back with Velcro but it’s much too long so I may simply pin it. When pinned it looks great! I actuallly thought about wearing it with my dress today but it’s not terribly comfortable to sit in. The jewelry is so much nicer than I anticipated. It’s metal, not plastic, hooray! It makes that lovely pirate clinking sound when you move adding a bit more authenticity to the costume. Also included are gold beads for your hair. I have no idea how to use them but I’m excited to learn because I think they’re going to look so cool! The eye patch is a piece of felt strung on an elastic cord. Super meh. This pirate costume is clearly made for somebody that is a size 0 to 4 not somebody that is a normal size. I typically wear a size 12/14. The black belt is really small and the gold chain that goes around your waist barely will fit. The smaller red scarf is the only thing that’s decent quality.
