Business Sexy
I absolutely love this dress! It’s figure flattering, has a good stretch in the fabric and it isn’t thin fabric that shows undergarment lines. The back zipper is nice and long helping the dress to hug your curves. I am 5’5”, 136 lbs and I was torn between getting a medium or a small because when I looked at the size chart, my hips and chest were smaller than the medium but my waste was an inch larger. I opted for the small. I think either size would have worked but the small is more form fitting. I would say if you have a stomach bulge then either go for the medium or get some shape-wear to wear underneath. The dress looks classy and is conservative enough for business, but with a slight (or more) unzipping of the front zipper it can become business sexy too. I wore it to a Police Memorial Ceremony today (in business sexy mode, hahaha), and plan on wearing it to court in a few weeks - probably need to go in business mode for that, haha). My husband REALLY loves it. I actually think he was trying to show me off because usually he bolts out the door as soon as these ceremonies are over but today he kept hanging out and introducing me to everyone, held my hand when we walked out, then thanked me several times for coming and told me how beautiful I looked. What woman doesn’t enjoy hearing that?! I have read some of the reviews where people said they bought it in more than one color - I can see why. It’s a winner!
