This thing has powerful vibrations, but it could have been designed better. First of all, it is virtually useless to a woman, or at least it was to the one who tried it. She said it did not do anything for her. For a man, the flattened part is very lackluster and really did not do much. It was basically just there to keep the toy comfortably in place. The plug part has 2 vibrating points that both are quite strong. Those work well and hit the proper places and would get this item 4 stars by themselves. However, the design of this has a split in the shaft behind where the second vibrating point is (see photo). That allows residue to become easily trapped as another reviewer noted and makes it difficult to clean. Also a different design on the tip rather than a bulbous one would allow for easier initial entry. The remote works okay and they did include a battery for it. So I went in with this toy with an open mind. The wide base that leans towards the front does not fit securely underneath the sack as you think it could. So it's a little wide so it's hard to get it fully in place. The opening between the motor that hits the p-spot is a little different, but it can lead to residue when you take it out in between the curvature and that little motor that's extends out. You don't really see it in the photos. It is a very loud toy anyone standing within any distance from you will hear it so it's not for anything public.
