Upon ordering the "Vibration Plate Exercise Machine", I was thrilled and excited to try an additional exercise regimen that would be good for improving blood flow, posture, balance, strengthening muscles, and so much more, as advertised on the website! That said, I was quite disappointed with the product which I received. Yes, it is a solid looking machine, was relatively quick and easy to set up, included arm bands, along with a remote for easier access to controls. However, the following are reasons for my disappointment: -The vibration levels cannot be truly adjusted (from almost nothing to very high). Although it is advertised to have 99 speeds, the vibration levels show very little difference when I try to lower or increase them. Particularly, I desire to have a very low vibration setting to start, and the lowest setting is not majorly different from the few actual higher settings. I should think that this would be the most important feature. -Even though directions are included, they are quite basic, and do not thoroughly share details regarding possible exercise regimens. For one who is new to this product, I would appreciate having more pictures, instructions, and thorough directions at my fingertips! -Finally, the price of this machine is much more than others on the market that do the same job, with seemingly better performance. I expected a top-notch, quality machine, and am consequently reasonably disappointed. I have a larger gait and this plate was accommodating to the width of my stance. It's not so heavy that it is difficult to move around but not so light that it slides when vibrating. It's quiet, and even so it's shaking someone 270lbs at a high rate, I don't think this would upset neighbors below you if you live in an apartment. The vibration is very central to the machine. The vibration plate is also very controlled. When you stand on it, it'll move slightly but you'll see just how controlled whatever gears or motors are inside this machine. Very sturdy and fluid movement. The remote is helpful , and the readout is easy to see from the plate. Unboxing to setup is easy and you'll be up and running in 3 min or less. You can also probably store this under your bed if space is a concern. The build quality of this is very nice and not cheaply made. The workout itself feels like you'll be able to ride a surfboard after using it. It takes a few minutes to get blood moving, but once it's all going I started to feel it in my thighs and my midsection fat at about 12 min in. My lower back feels a lot looser like I went to the chiropractor. I feel like this was a nice value for the price. Read more
