I step on this vibration plate and let it do its work. After using for a few days in a row, my legs feel lighter and less puffy. The vibration levels are strong, but adjustable. Really gets the lymphatic system going while doing an intense level. I feel my muscles a bit more toned. Being able to control the levels with remote control without having to bend over is a plus.
