My son had fever and I decided to try the new vicks thermometer I had bought, it showed no fever, but I could feel he was very hot, then decided to check his temperature with another thermometer and it turned out that he had a fever of 101.4 F, then tried the 3 thermometer that I had at home again high fever. When I tried to return it on amazon it says to call the company’s customer service. I decided to forget about it, I didn’t know that Amamzon has changed it’s easy returning options or else I wouldn’t order it. Read more
this is the second one I bought, only problem with this is when you need it for a sick kid the original battery is dead, almost think a traditional themometer is more relaiable. Read more
