Works well, Ingredients are only salt and water. Nice spray, although I would not call it a mist like they do. It’s a little heavier than that but it’s still good for rinsing your nasal passages and it’s easy and pretty Free to use. Wow! I'm so impressed by this product. I've always treated my allergies with decongestants, but I've been recently diagnosed with Hoshimoto's, and decongestants are a no-no. Well, it's allergy season for me, and had to think outside the box for treatment of my nasal/sinus congestion. I landed with Vicks Sinex SALINE Nasal Spray via the great reviews. I'm SO MAD that I didn't find this product YEARS ago. I've walked around with one side of my nose clogged with the other open for as long as I can remember. Not only did this SERIOUSLY help with my nasal congestion related to allergies, for the first time ever, BOTH nasal passages are wide open! Y'all...
