This was exactly what I was looking for. It's sweet and rich without being bitter like a lot of the other Keurig cups are. I don't even need to add creamer or anything and it tastes great as it is but I've found the best to be to use the lowest setting (8oz) and then I added some whole milk (about a third cup or so) to make it richer and it was like drinking white chocolate hot chocolate. Some times I'll add a splash of peppermint mocha creamer and it's really good. This has more caffeine than just regular hot chocolate, which is what I was looking for. I've had no issues with this clogging my Keurig but I run it again afterwards with no k-cup and just water to clean it out just in case there is any residue. I did have Swiss Miss ones that did clog my old machine because it's all powder that would bunch together. I'll keep buying these for sure. Read more

It was OK but WAAAAAAAY too sweet! Cut that sugar in half and it would be so much better. I mixed this with regular coffee to tone down the sweetness and it was very drinkable. The price is pretty decent and it was shipped quickly. Read more
