Incredibly expensive, but these are the nicest pieces of cookware I've ever used. I have all the pans, no skillets. I only use old cast iron skillets, so I can't speak about their skillets, but the pans are beautiful and just the right weight. Highly recommend. Read more

I always loved cooking with Viking stainless steel pans. And this one is absolutely amazing. The five ply is a game changer. The food gets a nice sear on it and the cleanup is very easy. I love cooking without any toxic materials in my pans. and I love the fact that it’s made in the USA. Read more

For a premium saute pan, this Viking pan was a disappointment. I cannot comment on its' functionality because I returned it before use. The reason I returned it was that it was not heavy enough, especially the base. This might be good for heating quickly, but not for heat retention. If I wanted a lightweight pan, there are plenty to choose from at a lower price. But I do not want a lightweight pan, so I will continue searching and will gladly pay more for a quality pan. Unfortunately, I bought the 3.4 qt pan to try out first because of the price. I should have bought, and will as soon as the price goes back down a little, the 6.4 qt. I have used this pan twice now and love it. Got up the nerve to test their claims of it being dishwasher safe.....it came out beautifully. Can't say how much I love this pan. Will definitely be getting the larger size soon! Would not hesitate to recommend any Viking product after using this one. Can't wait to use this in the oven or under the broiler. Read more
