Vionic womens Sonora

Based on the reviews from others, I decided to buy these in two sizes: my usual and one size larger. They arrived, took them out of the box, and started will leading them straight away. They fit perfectly just like every other pair of bionic boots/ booties I have bought. I did need wide calf as I am muscular, but again nice comfortable fit. These are the oddest fitting boots I have ever tried on. I immediately returned them which was very easy through Amazon & received the refund in a timely manner. Shipping was fast & the packaging was standard. I acknowledged the photos aren’t the best. I took them myself while trying on the boots. I purchased these in an 8.5 wide calf. As you can see, I was only able to zip the boot halfway. I have bigger calves, hence the wide calf, but not so big that I am unable to find boots that fit. I have numerous pairs of wide calf riding boots from Corso Como, Marc Fisher, & Franco Sarto. These boots also fit weird on the foot itself. They were tight across the toes even though I had plenty of room left between my toes and the front of the boot. And loose across the foot, fitting like a wide shoe which I don’t require. Leather seemed to be good quality. The arch support wasn’t overly pronounced like some Vionic shoes (I own many different pairs) but there as it should be. More surprised then disappointed.
