The white background is not a bright white, but leans toward ivory. Regardless, this style looks great on most, is well constructed and reasonably priced. This dress is beyond cute! It has a real nice style to it and it’s not so long that it makes you look frumpy. The medium and large top fit me snug. I really could not discern a difference between the two. However, the bottom part of the large was way too big and loose on me. This is the 2nd one of these sets that I bought. I am 5’8” and weigh 145. The material is a little thin but the dress itself is flattering. I am 59 and don’t want anything super short. The dress hits me mid thigh and though the shorts are a bit cheesy, I personally love having that extra coverage. The first one I bought was a large and the second one is a medium. This is a very cute golf outfit, however the shorty shorts that go under the dress was way to "short". I am 5'7" and the fit was very snug and uncomfortable. I ordered an xl following other comments. The top was a little tight but doable. Do to the snug shorts I ended up with a muffin top. Not especially a good look, however some might have thought it was fine. According to my husband I tend to wear my golf shirts etc a little too big. I need to move.....Otherwise the fabric was nice and the color a perfect match for my collection of golf togs. The zipper opened and closed with ease and prob would not snag the material in the wash. Read more
