These Vital Vitamins collagen supplements are a good value and contain 5 types of collagen, plus some other goodies. I wish the amounts of items included in the "Glowing beauty complex" were spelled out, there's some good stuff in there, but regardless it's likely not in a high enough dosage to actually be helpful. I'm a little wary that the Vital Vitamins website shows a badge that these are third party tested, but there's no further info about that, and it's not shown on the actual bottle either. Also, there's no "about us " section on the website, and the "get answers to your questions" link is not active. So, I've knocked off a star due to some trust issues. However, this product has thousands of good reviews so I decided to try it anyway. I've been taking collagen for several years so I normally don't see much of a change as long as I switch from one high quality supplement to another. I've been taking these a couple weeks and have had no decline or change in my nails or skin, so that's a good thing. I also like that I only have to take 3 capsules daily, rather than 4 as required by some other brands. Read more
