I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2x3 band aid). My doctor couldn't identify it but, because I've had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist.
