The media could not be loaded. This standing desk is a great product with a very affordable price compared to other converters out there. I didn't need two layers for a keyboard and docking station so the one tier is great for me. It is extremely easy to adjust and has many different height options and feels very stable once it has clicked into place. Just a little inside scoop: there is an informational sticker placed on the desk when it arrives and the lever that you use to adjust the desk is UNDER the sticker. I thought you had to use the lever that is under the desk and it was really difficult and SHOT out at me because I had it positioned up to try and get more leverage to release it so lucky I didn't get smashed in the face and had it pointed away from me but that was my own fault. But besides that this desk is great quality, very sturdy and very easily slides up and down. No setup and came assembled so super easy. Kind of heavy but it is well made. Product came in fully assembled and ready to use on unboxing. This is a sturdy desk with smooth height adjustment - no awkwardly clicking into a couple present heights. The metal parts on this thing feel like quality. The default when you hold the adjuster is that the spring pushes the desk upwards so no heavy lifting, but its equally as easy to push it down. The adjustment mechanism is thoughtfully designed so that it's easy and intuitive to use. Definitely worth the price. Read more

What the other people said. It's pre-assembled, well-made, sturdy, and convenient. It's also borderline too narrow. I'm using a full-size keyboard and a trackball and this stand feels a bit cramped. With a mouse I don't think this stand would work at all for me. I was afraid the 29-inch VIVO product would be too wide. But now I'm 50/50 on sending this back and ordering the 29-inch unit. I absolutely love this!!! It doesn't take up a lot of space on my desk and it VERY EASILY can be moved up and down. I sit too much at my desk and this will help me stand more often during the day, but can very easily be lowered when I need it down. Sometimes I move it up and down up to 10 times a day as my legs are just getting used to me standing more often. My goal is to one day be able to stand most of the day! I would recommend this to anyone who needs more standing time during the day but doesn't want it to take up the entire space on your desk. Read more

I'm using this on a desk with a walking pad under it. This has made getting in thousands more steps a day very easy. The action on the height adjustment is really smooth. I was worried it would be wobbly but it feels sturdy and well made. I bought the smaller option and there is still space for a small mousepad to the side of the laptop (my mousepad is about 5x7). I purchased this to use at work. I am a middle school teacher and I like to go back to my desk at times, but not sit so I am still actively engaged in my class. I love this thing, I love the fact that I can raise it to different levels and I can continue to stand. The one thing I don’t like about it, and this is my fault, is it is small. I read the dimensions, I was aware of them, I just really didn’t pay much attention to how small this really is once it’s on your desk and your laptop is on your desk, my grade book, writing utensils, papers, etc. When my laptop is open, it takes up half the width of the desk, that only leaves about 12 to 13 more inches of space. If you are looking to purchase one of these, make sure to think about what you would be using it for. For me, I wish I had gotten a longer one. But I love it, I got the one with the brown rustic top, and durability and function and look are awesome. Read more

I love my desk riser! It is a lifesaver on days when I am in the office all day and need to give my back a break from sitting. I am able to raise the desk to different levels, depending on what my body needs. It is not too heavy to transfer from desk to desk. I have used it in multiple locations. The ideal placement of a desktop monitor is approximately even with the height of your brow. This allows you to sit up straight and look slightly downward so your eyes converge and can scan information. Anyone who spends any time at their desk would do well to mix sitting and standing. This is especially true for folks with orthopedic issues like knee replacements or back pain. Sitting is the new smoking. What I like about this product is that it can sit on top of a desk in a person's home and in its' lowest position, raises the surface less than 2 inches. So many other products I looked at were larger, heavier and in their lowest position raised the monitor so high it messed up the SITTING ergonomics. This guy requires no installation. Pull out of box, place on desk, put computer on it and go. My desk has a drawer for a keyboard and when I stand I simply place the keyboard on the top of the desk. Laptop users may consider a supplemental bluetooth keyboard / mouse to allow them to position their laptop as a desktop.
