I purchased this renewed TV and it lasted all of 3 hours. I put it up and it worked for the first night then the next morning it turned itself off and on until I got fed up with the unit. Tried it again later that day and it did it again. Whatever they thought they renewed it did not renew anything!! To add insult to injury I received a return authorization but I had to pay to return it to get a credit. As you can imagine sending a 55'' television across the country was almost $300. I had to spend $300 to get my $500 back. What a rip off!!! Never buy this or from this vendor! Read more

Great Tv but not 120hz

Tv is good. Picture looks great. So far it is functioning like it should. The issue was the refresh rate. I got it because it said 120hz and since I was gaming on it I wanted something with high refresh rate. Says 120 on the listing. And as of 7/5/24 it isstill wrong and says 120. Even after. Letting them know. but that model there selling is 60hz. Customer service was great and responsive. Solved the issue immediately with a partial refund. Will update on the quality of the TV after a few months of hard gaming use. Read more
