I would have given five stars in all categories, however, one glass was chipped when I opened the box. I promptly tossed it in the recycle bin. But all in all, these are the perfect tumblers for me. I have been looking for similar glasses for some time now. I was down to one "comfortable to hold" glass in the house. We got these after another product ended up being too small for day to day use. These are nice because they are a good middle ground, not a thimble, not a huge tankard.
