I love these mesh style Volcom boxer briefs. I actually ordered another 3 pair of Volcom boxer briefs like these, same elastic, flex fit style and everything, except the other pairs dont they have a fly front, and these do which I really like. These boxer briefs feel great. They are long but not to long, nice and lightweight and very stretchy, but keep they're shape very well, and provide great support, perfect for athletic types. They are 100% true to size, and fit excellent, I'm 6'1" almost 6'2" about 190 lbs. and the XL fits me perfectly. The material wicks sweat away and keeps u dry even in the most intense of activities. I've had this style of briefs from other brands, including reebok and Under Armour, but I definitely prefer these Volcom briefs the best. With other brands I've had issues with them riding up the elastic bands rolling up on me and these don't have that problem at all. I the athletic type for sure and I own plenty of sweat wicking types of clothing like, briefs, shirts, shorts, etc. And have had very different experiences from brand to brand, but I can tell you, these Volcom boxer briefs are absolutely great. For the price I paid you should have consistency between all three pairs of underwear. I bought two separate packs of the same size to see if this was a fluke but however one in each pack fit differently. In my experience the grey pair & all red pair "actually looks more brown than red" in person, the fit is not so comfortable. Seemed like the oddball was tighter in the thighs and smaller in the waist also slightly shorter in length. If I would attempt to wear them my crack would be exposed periodically due to poor fit. The other two look awesome and fit great & give me the flexibility and freedom to wear them comfortably without any issues. You can literally see the difference in shape and length of the good fitting pairs and oddballs. If they would have been all the same fit I would have gave a five-star review. Just be aware I'm not the only reviewer that has mentioned this. I'm not going to return because I like two of three pairs enough it's worth it to me bc I got them at $20 a pop so mathematically excluding the oddball comes out to $10 a pair.
