So far, so good. I received it about 8 days after placing my order, it was packaged very well and no pieces broken or missing. Seemed in perfect condition. I was able to put it together myself, all the screws and allen wrench were included and labeled properly for each part - the instructions page was on the underside of the seat cushion in my package. The most difficult part was securing the armrests, purely because I did it alone and didn't have an extra set of hands to help me hold it in place or keep the chair from rolling away from me lol, but overall all the parts went in easily. I'm a pretty big dude, nearly 6'2" and 245lbs (maybe more, actually) at the time of this writing, and I fit perfectly in the chair and it seems to support my weight just fine, even though the product info claims a max of 250lbs. The included head and lumbar pillows are fantastic, they're firm but have some give to them and support my body the way that they should. The seat and backrest are the same, it's a very firm but comfortable chair and very sturdy when you adjust it to where you want it. I like it with the gas lift all the way to the top because I'm long-legged and my legs fit perfectly under my desk. This chair reclines to nearly flat and comes with the retractable footrest already installed on the underside of the seat, and being as tall as I am, again, I fit perfectly at it's fullest recline and the footrest's farthest extension. You can also sit cross-legged on both the seat by itself and with the footrest pulled out and lined up even with the seat, so this is a comfortable and adjustable chair in many positions. So far, it seems to be a quality chair for the price point. I will update if I run into any issues, this was written the night that I put it together. Read more

I am a 5'2 150lb female and am able to sit comfortably for up to 12 hours. I have only been using this chair for a few days now and it is holding up great. If I run into any issues with it later on I will be sure to come back and edit this review. The cushion is firm and thick so it doesn't feel like I am going straight through to the hard surface below the cushion. I don't feel the springs at all while seated. The foot rest doesn't quite fit under my desk but I have a small space for a desk and not a traditional desk by any means and I cannot blame the chair for this, however I cannot really make a comment on it either. It seems to be sturdy, I am able to sit cross legged in the chair without the foot rest but my legs do start falling asleep. The foot rest can be used about a foot and half extended out from the chair or tucked right up against the seat which is where I prefer it to be when I sit cross legged. The lean back feature is easy to use and can be locked in place. The controls in general are easy to use. The back massager is the only thing I would complain about. Maybe it works for others but it really only seems to just vibrate. I found this feature to be strange anyways and would have rather saved $5 to not have this feature but at least you don't have to have it attached to the chair. Edit: It has been a few more days and I can now feel the springs in the seat. I have a seat cushion that helps though. The foot rest does seem to be fairly flimsy. I haven't had an issue yet but it feels like the metal is ready to bend and snap when you rest your legs with it fully extended out from the chair. The headrest is something I have never found comfortable with any chair. Usually the headrest rests directly behind my head, this one was better in that it rests at my neck. I still do not find it comfortable so I removed it. Read more

So I read a lot of reviews on this chair before purchasing it. I saw someone say it was itchy and they had to take multiple showers to stop the itch. I saw someone say it’s very uncomfortable. I took the risk and boy I was happy I did! This chair is very comfortable and doesn’t make me itch. It was fun and easy to put together and is so great, my wife JUST purchased one for her desk. The size and color is amazing and super happy I went with the gray. The support on my back is great for long hours of gaming and the back massager is nice. HIGHLY recommend this chair because of the comfort, the price point and the sleek nice look it gives to my game room! Great Job Guys who made this!! Read more

Wow—this chair is practically foolproof to assemble! It was incredibly easy to build, even for someone who isn’t mechanically inclined. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the parts were properly labeled. The fabric and color are beautiful; I purchased the mauve pink with white trim, and it looks great. The chair is very comfortable and feels sturdy and well made. The only drawback for me is that when sitting upright, I wish the back of the chair could be adjusted so the cushion better supports my neck. Read more

Easy to assemble (takes about 20 minutes,) and is of good build quality. It’s definitely on the firmer side, though not to the point of discomfort, and is the perfect size for me (≈5’7”, 130lbs.) The footrest is sturdy enough to comfortably rest on while upright or lying back, and the chair reclines enough that you could probably nap in it, if you’re the type. Overall, great bang for your buck, 8/10 purchase. Read more

Comfy and easy to set up, clear instructions and labled parts, sturdy and stable. I dont feel like im going to fall backwards when im reclined all the way back. The chair doesn't have that much height variety (it works good for me bc im average height), im 5"3 and when the chair is all the way down my feet touch the ground but my heels dont press into the ground, when its at max height my toes hang a 1/2in off the ground, if you're over 6ft or under 5ft this may not be for you. For tall people it might not go high enough for your knees to not be at an angle or for your legs to not constantly be extended under your desk. And for under 5ft your feet are going to hang off for sure, I got this specifically for sewing not gaming so depending on what you're planning on doing while using the chair I would think about where you need your feet or legs to be if your not in the average height range.
