I've only been using this for 2 weeks, but I'm so impressed. It does not tip over easily, but if it's even slightly bumped, it shuts off. With 2 large dogs around, I appreciate that feature. The unit does not get hot. It's so wonderfully QUIET. It does not blow hot air at you like a hair dryer, thank goodness. It just gently heats the whole room w/o creating hot spots. It's also light and has a perfect little cove in the back top to pick up with your fingertips and move it. And it regulates the room temperature well. I set it at 67, and it turns on/off as needed. I have absolutely zero complaints. How did I never hear of this brand before?! I love it. Read more

If you need a space heater, this is the one to get. I’m amazed by its performance—quiet, distributes heat evenly, and worth every penny. The thermostat is a bit unusual; you have to set it 3 to 4 degrees below your desired temperature. I asked Vornado, and they said it’s normal—designed to prevent large gaps between when it turns on and off. For example, if you set it at 18°C, you’ll get 22°C; it won’t go above that, and once it reaches 22°C, it won’t drop below. A great heater—get it, you won’t regret it. Read more

Works really great. Keeps room at the right temperature (confirmed by a thermometer on other side of room). It does have a bright red light on front, could be covered with electrical tape or something. I don’t love that the buttons click so loudly when adjusting temp, sometimes wakes my baby. But other wise it runs pretty quiet. Small but mighty. Read more

Nice compact heater. Doesn't really blow as strongly as some say but gets the room heated up. Nice that it has a temperature control. One thing that I do not like about it is that if the power goes out the unit will not go back on when power is restored so do not use this with a wifi switch or somewhere that the power goes out every once in a while. Perfect heater for my needs. It heats up my family room (14 ft x 22 ft) easily. I love that I can set the preferred temp, so it only comes on as needed. I have a Vornado fan that works great, and is fairly easy to clean compared to most others, so trying this heater was a given. Read more

Using this product has been one of the most wholly unsatisfying space heater experiences of my 50+ year use. First, I ordered the product, only to discover it didn't work out of the box. So I called Vornado and they said it was under a product recall. I followed the rep's instructions and soon received a replacement. I plugged it in and it worked for about a month. Then it suddenly stopped heating. Turns out I had plugged it into a power strip rather than a wall plug, which wasn't available in the room I wanted to heat. When I called customer service, he wanted to pick nits over the first product, saying it wasn't a product recall. Whatever, dude. Then, when I told him I'd plugged it into a power strip, all he wanted to do was scold me. Getting a replacement wasn't worth the hassle or trying to free up a plug just for this appliance. They need to make more robust products. Do NOT waste your money with this company. Unless, of course, you enjoy being product shamed by their customer reps. Read more

Works fine, runs quietly, but- The thermostat disagrees with the thermometer function (on mine, anyway); Thermostat set for 76 degrees, but when temperature stabilizes, its thermometer (and also another digital one) indicate 80 degrees. I must set the thermostat for 4 to 5 degrees lower than what I want. I would buy another if needed. 5 year warrantee. Read more

Heater works but not like I expected. It warms the room but takes a long time. I bought this to warm our bathroom in the Winter. It has to run for a long time to warm the space up. Smaller, cheaper heaters do a good enough job. This doesn't have a setting to increase the volume of air. It just runs. I would need to turn it on around 3:00 to get the room warm by 7:00. I assume this is meant to just stay running to warm a room over time. Just want you to be aware of what you are getting. Read more
