I bought July 2025, it is now December 2025. I got a brand spanking new hot water (pretty sexy for a water heater) in June 2025. Back story is all done. We bought 4 they look good feel great (heavy) and the waterfall is nice. The Brushed Nickel is rusting like crazy and its ALL of them. We will just be buying at Home Depot. It cost more upfront but you dont have to pay twice like I DO. Read more

Love the waterfall!
The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 faucets summer of 2023 they were installed about 1 month ago or so summer of 2024 and I just moved in to my house July 20, 2024. In that time, I have the one faucet that leaks all day, I have a plumber coming this week to make sure it was installed correctly. I'm not sure if it's a faulty faucet or not. Besides that it came well packaged. I love the waterfall, which is why I purchased this. I'll provide an update on that one faucet as soon as I get confirmation. Update: it was a faulty faucet, my plumbers came to fix it and it still was leaking so I reached out to the seller and explained the situation and they were quick to provide a brand new one, my plumbers installed it and haven't had any issues with it since!
