I got lucky and got the charm, so I’m happy w that ! If you don’t get your charm you should totally return and buy another one till you get it. Durability seems good, a lot of storage and little pockets for your little things like charger, chapstick etc. The straps are comfortable, doesn’t hurt my shoulders or whatsoever. This backpack is pretty cute and it visually is giving a lot of what I wanted. It has all the necessary pockets and there’s plenty of compartments. However, the stitching and material is quite thin so I don’t put too much in it because I don’t want the straps to break or rip. The side pockets are small and you can’t put more than a small water or small umbrella in them. The little charm it came with was also cheap and the chain unstitched from it immediately.
