I got lucky and got the charm, so I’m happy w that ! If you don’t get your charm you should totally return and buy another one till you get it. Durability seems good, a lot of storage and little pockets for your little things like charger, chapstick etc. The straps are comfortable, doesn’t hurt my shoulders or whatsoever. The color is so cute ! The zipper seems like a little cheap, we’ll see if it’s going to break fast or not. Overall. Worth the money! Read more

I do not recommend it to anyone. The backpack is good, my daughter was happy to see it. There are 2 days left before school. But seeing that one lock is broken, it was terrible. It is new. Why did you send a backpack with such a lock. My daughter is upset. Horrible!!!!!!! Read more

This backpack is pretty cute and it visually is giving a lot of what I wanted. It has all the necessary pockets and there’s plenty of compartments. However, the stitching and material is quite thin so I don’t put too much in it because I don’t want the straps to break or rip. The side pockets are small and you can’t put more than a small water or small umbrella in them. The little charm it came with was also cheap and the chain unstitched from it immediately.
