I have been using zinc for years on occasion. I switched over to these zinc capsules because the zinc I was purchasing came in tablets that were getting stuck in my throat. These capsules are very small and easy to get down. I will keep buying them because I never want a pill to get stuck in my throat again. I had D3/K2 from this brand and really liked it. They are gaining a reputation of being quality supplements. They do run on the higher end price wise but you get what you pay for and if you trust a company paying that little extra is worth it. I take zinc every day to support T levels and immune system.
