I have a large collection of Wusthof's Classic Ikon knives. I added this 2-piece mini 'Asian' chef's knife set as the regular Santoku knife is a bit large. The smaller 5-inch Santoku knife in this set has become my go-to knife for daily vegetable prep. I used it extensively over the past two weeks, as we had embarked on a Mediterranean diet and had lots of veggie prep to do! It's razor sharp (I almost cut through my fingernail)! The smaller knife, sadly, gets less use, unless I'm peeling medium-sized fruit. Highly recommended! Read more
